You can fly to either Larnaca or Paphos
To Larnaca:
From Amman: Direct flights through Royal Jordanian on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays
From Amman: Flight with transit in Athens through Aegean Airlines on Fridays, Mondays & Wednesdays.

To Paphos:
Direct flights from many destinations (including Amman) through Ryanair.
Ryanair flights from Amman on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.
Paphos to Larnaca:

Kato Paphos Station to Larnaca Station, approx. 2 hours by CyprusByBus
Another option, approx. 2 hours 45 minutes by Intercity Buses.
Taxi/minivans from Paphos International Airport. (great for groups)
Car rental from Paphos International Airport (note that driving in Cyprus is on the left-hand side of the road!)
